The journey I had with the relaxation technique, " autogenic training" really was helpful! I suffer from a lot of stress (as we all do) and really will use the technique when I'm having a hard day or stressful situation. Additionally, when my mind is wandering at night in bed I can use these techniques to relax and use my mind and body to relax.
I am excited to hear more about everyone's blogs!

Hi Angulala,
ReplyDeleteI was also nervous about doing a blog but I Facebook a lot and I guess its similar. I felt the relaxation technique was quite interesting and it helped me peacefully calm my mind from the very energetic day I was having. Stress is a understatement when it comes to my life I have just a few more months in school before I graduate and I feel like that part of my stress will be eliminated. As you stated everyone has stress but this is a wonderful way of releasing some of it especially when you are having a extremely stressful day. Great blog
Angie,
ReplyDeleteI too am a first time blogger. My children drag me into new technological trends kicking and screaming. I also have a problem with my mind wandering. I really did not have profound success with this exercise, but I am willing to keep trying!
Vernita, I too have difficulty finding the quiet space and time to relax, the way I do it is lie in bed at night before I sleep and listen to a relaxing app on my phone or a cd. This really helps and it allows me to clear my head and clear my thoughts. :) Angie
DeleteHi! I have the same problem with a wandering mind while trying to go to sleep! It seems especially problematic when I have less time to sleep with a full day ahead. I wonder if you have the same challenge? Despite being a first time blogger, your blog looks great!
